Teen Health

Adolescence is a challenging and vulnerable phase of life between ages 10 to 19 years old when an individual has to deal with physical, emotional, sexual and social changes. On top of that, teenagers also face external pressure in the form of peer pressure, drugs, gang, sexual exploitation and even violence.

The teenage years are also a time for opportunities, when learning and developmental abilities are strong and teenagers can acquire skills to determine their future and define their roles in the family as well as community.
